I was born in Wyoming but have spent most of my life in the Columbia River Gorge. I have a long medical background in home health care and working with people with special needs. 

In 2013 I started receiving Craniosacral therapy as part of my overall treatment for a TBI resulting from a fall. These treatments saved and profoundly changed my life for the better. This inspired me to become a Craniosacral practitioner.

I received my initial massage training and introduction to Craniosacral work at East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, OR, and am now a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon and Washington. I have focused much of my continuing education in Craniosacral work, and now offer Craniosacral in my general practice.

I have raised 6 children, and enjoy 12 grandchildren. I love spending time with my family, reading, walking in the woods in pursuit of waterfalls and continuing my education.

I am a compassionate professional who believes that incorporating natural methods of healing into our overall health/wellness care can help lead to the best possible outcomes.
